 HI  and welcome to Mimi's cake creations. Here's a little introduction of myself, my cakes and the reason for this site. I am someone who really enjoys baking cakes. Especially for people who love cake, let's face it we all have special reasons to share cake with the ones we love, be it for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers,promotions, holidays ect.

I have put this site up so you can preveiw cakes I make and see what Mimi's Cake Creations is all about. All my cakes,icing and fillings are home made. I have over 6 years of cake decorating experiance and am the second place winner of a cake decorating contest held in Okinawa, Japan in 2008.I am certified in Wilton's Cake Decorating courses I,II & III. 

PLEASE READ CAKE ORDER POLICY!!

Any order that I receive by phone, e-mail or Facebook  has to be paid for or have a deposite down (half of total) before I get started on it.  I require a week to 5 days in advance for placing an order. If  customer needs to cancel their order please do so 48 hours prior to the pick up date. If customer fails to do so in a timely manner I will not refund the deposit/payment.
